WHAT TO EXPECT
At Pendergrass Promos Inc., we pride ourselves on communication. Because of this, we want to let you know up front what to expect when working with us.
We are very process oriented and the process will be the same every time you order from us. Therefore, we have broken down the general steps below.
Step #1 - Finding the perfect product(s) for your need(s). It may be the case that you already know exactly what you need. Perhaps you are just browsing on our website and find something you want to buy. At other times, you may need suggestions. We are always here to help you with product research. Regardless of how you find it, the first step is finding the product(s) you want to order.
Step #2 - Approving the order. Before any order is processed, the client will be sent the order details for final approval. This includes checking quantity, the color, the shipping address, etc. No orders will be processed until the client has approved.
Step #3 - Paying for your order. As standard in this industry, all orders are set to prepayment. If you are interested in Net30, then we can give you an application to apply for terms.
Step #4 - Proof approval for your product(s). Once the order is processed, you will be receiving an electronic proof approval through e-mail within 1-3 business days. This will show you what your art/logo will look like on the product itself. The order will not go into production until you have approved your proof. If any changes need to be made, this will be the time for that.
Step #5 - Breathe easy knowing that everything is taken care of by Pendergrass Promos Inc. After the order has been sent to production, you can sit back and relax. Typical turnaround time is two-three weeks after your proof approval. During this time, you will receive tracking information when your order ships.
