
We are Kevin and Bethany Pendergrass, husband and wife and the owners of Pendergrass Promos, Inc. We established our promotional product company together in 2016. Before launching Pendergrass Promos, Kevin worked in the promotional products industry, and both Kevin and Bethany brought prior experience in marketing to the table. That combination as well as our entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to serve our clients laid the foundation for a business built on industry knowledge, clear communication, and a strong understanding of how promotional products support larger marketing and branding efforts.
Originally founded in Huntsville, Alabama, we expanded and relocated our operations to Shawnee, Oklahoma in 2018, where we are currently based. While our client base has grown to include organizations across multiple states, our approach has remained the same. Clients work directly with us throughout the entire process, from initial conversations to final delivery. We have intentionally built a business model that allows us to scale while remaining hands-on, ensuring every project receives the attention, accuracy, and care it deserves.
We work with a wide range of organizations, specializing in banks, hospitals, colleges, nonprofits, and other business-to-business clients. Our focus is on supporting organizations that value reliability, communication, structure, and a straightforward ordering process.
Over the years, we have developed long-standing relationships with our manufacturers and suppliers, allowing us to work directly with our production partners and factories to maintain consistency in quality and planning. We are independently owned and operated without outsourcing client relationships, which gives us greater control and accountability throughout each order.
Our experience spans projects of varying size and complexity, including NCAA College Football Bowl Games, large hospital systems, and enterprise-level companies, as well as nationally recognized brands such as Paul Mitchell, Viking, and Hertz. This range of work has given us the expertise to handle large quantity orders, manage split-shipments to multi-branch locations in different cities and states, and oversee strict adherence to established brand guidelines while keeping the process organized and predictable for our clients.
